For over 50 years, the Sarnoff family, owners of HFA Inc. /Handi-foil Corporation have changed the way America cooks and bakes by pioneering and introducing the retail foil bakeware category. Their major accomplishments in the retail foil category include the introduction of burner bibs, the first packaging of foil containers with plastic lids, and the foil roaster, which today remains the number one item in the category.

Handi-foil’s introduction of boxed containers, the continued evolution to poly packaging, implementation of the first foilware schematic and corrugated point of purchase displays allowed for the sales of retail foilware to skyrocket. From this success in retail, the Sarnoff family broadened its product offerings by creating HFA Inc., which manufactures and distributes foil containers to the Food Service, Packer-Processor, Bakery, Restaurant, and Catering industries.

Handi-foil continues to recognize the importance of constantly changing consumer lifestyle trends that demand products that provide quality, value, and convenience. Handi-foil addresses these needs by designing innovative products that match these trends. New product introductions include the Lift Rack Handle Pan, the only handled disposable roaster with removable rack, the CoverRoaster®, the only roaster that can be used as a roaster and cover, and the Ultimates® line of containers with plastic lids that feature a stronger, upscale design.
